The Finigan Family’s mission is to provide support and entertainment for special needs, sick, and disabled children and elderly by bringing in volunteer professional artists, painters, musicians, and others to hospitals and schools, and provide birth advocacy and child loss support.

Our Board Members

A native of Florida, Katie grew up spending her days at the beach and traveling around for competitive sports. She then spent most of her 20’s traveling more but this time all over the world on a cruise ship as an entertainer. While touring she then met her future husband Josh who worked on board as a fine arts auctioneer.

After they completed over 150 cruises together they decided to start a life back on land. Josh  entered out to pursue his own business and passion by starting their real estate company here in Joshs native home town Charlotte. Katie has a background in management and team building. She is currently a realtor who is in charge of running the logistics of managing the team for the Finigan group.

While running their business, she is also a full time wife and Mommy to their beautiful baby Blossom.

Prior to becoming a successful agent in 2016 and selling over 400+ homes in the last 5 years, Josh was an international art auctioneer on a cruise ship traveling all over the world. Being a Charlotte native, he has a rooted foundation of the city, surrounding areas, and the ever-evolving real estate trends. With this vast knowledge, when Josh dived into real estate, he already had a strong base and was able to outpace the market right from the start selling homes for exact asking prices in an average of just 7 days or less.
